Quality is at the very heart of our business. When you place an order with us you can be guaranteed that what we deliver matches your specifications and expectations.  All garments and accessories have been cleaned, washed or dry cleaned prior to leaving our premises.  

After your order is received, you can expect the following timeline for shipping:

If you have requested Ground shipping: will be  within 48 hours.  Second Day or Next Day shipping will be shipped same day if received before 10am PST. Upon shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We are offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING the month of October.  

At this time we only ship domestically with USPS.

  • Ground 3-5 Business days  $12.00
  • Express $20.00
  • Overnight $30.00

All Express or Overnight orders must be received by noon PST.

You will receive an email notifying when your item/s have shipped. You can find this on  MY PURCHASES page.  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Returns are accepted online within 5 day of receiving your items.  To return any item, with the exception of Swimwear, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) within 5 days of days after delivery of your items.   We must receive the returned items within 7 days of issuing your Return Authorization (RA). You will be given a site credit, with the exception of items sold as Final Sale. All items that fall outside our return policy can be re-consigned by you.  To request a RA number, please email customer care at customercare@lindabertozzicollection.com

Customer Care is of utmost importance to our business. If the item/s you receive do not match your expectations and you would like to return the item/s please email customer care at CC@lindabertozzicollections to request Return Authorization (RA) within 5 days from receiving your purchase and we will credit your account upon receipt Final Sale Items are not returnable.  Full refunds will be made for items not sold as described.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We look forward to viewing and discussing your items and finding them their next home. Email CustomerCare@lindabertozzicollections.com please include descriptions and photos of your items if possible.

The consignment split is 60% for you and 40% for
our service. Depending on the item and its value we decide
on the marketing tools we will use to sell your collection.

We pay on the 1st and 15th of each month, anything sold between the 1st and 14th is paid on the 15th, anything sold between 15th and end on the month is payment is made on the 1st of the month.
